A psychic medium is a spiritual practitioner who possesses the unique ability to bridge the gap between our physical world and the spirit realm. A psychic medium is both a psychic and a medium—meaning every medium is a psychic, but not all psychics are mediums. 

As a child growing up in Japan, I was very sensitive and often had strong hunches about people and situations. I could sense things before they happened, though I didn’t understand why. Still, unlike many psychics or mediums, I didn’t see or hear spirits.
