High Performance Productivity Planner

Establish A Reasonable Daily Schedule

Many people tend to start a day without any plan or schedule and they end up wasting lots of time and get distracted by texts, emails, and media and not accomplishing much throughout the day. And others schedule just too many things throughout the day, feeling so overwhelmed that they procrastinate and end up getting not much accomplished.

What’s the first thing you do in the morning? Do you immediately check your inbox and get stuck with other people’s agendas? How much time do you spend checking emails? 1, 2, 3 hours?

What if you decide that the first thing you do in the morning is not to check your inbox, but to do something that nourishes your wellbeing, for example stretch your body, do a short mediation, have a cup of tea, exercise, or have a glass of green smoothies, and etc. Why not start your day with something that gives you a boost of energy?

Identify Your Priorities

Your priorities are the urgent to-dos that you must complete today, no matter what.

Identify the things you must do and list them in the order of importance.Warning: If you try to do everything in your head, you’ll surely miss some important to-dos.Writing helps you solidity your intention and stay focused and organized.

Go Deeper

Identify 3 of your main projects that you’ve been working on/want to start and write down 5 each necessary steps you must take to move each project forward.

Purposeful Selection

As you are planning for the day, think about the people you must reach out today. List their names and write a short description of why it’s important for you to connect with them today. Also, list people you are waiting to hear from in addition to the people who are important to you and you want to connect with them in the near future.

If you are working toward realizing your grand vision it’s critical that we get ourselves organized and prioritize our day so that we can get the things that need to get done done and move closer and closer to reaching our goals without feeling overwhelmed or burned out.
