It’s been very busy these past few months, but I’ve been taking care to have some time off to give myself spiritual healing treatments and to relax and recharge my physical, emotional, and spiritual batteries. I hope you aren’t overly burdened by busy schedules and stress, but are staying strong and healthy mentally, emotionally, and physically!
Many people struggle to reduce stress causing factors in their lives – long work hours, unhappy relationships, family issues, health issues, lack of sleep, money, and the list goes on and on – but end up still being anxious and stressed. Most people’s lives are simply too complicated, so certainly some things have to give.
If left unchecked, our immune system can be permanently compromised which can lead to major long term health problems. The solution to reducing the impact of these stress factors can sometimes be quite simple and commonsensical. Being more “in the moment”, noticing all the blessings that are in our lives, and reframing stressful situations into something more constructive can bring positive shifts into our lives.
